Important information, when buying Orchid seeds

The orchid seeds I sell are directly imported from South Africa

Growing orchids from seed is a fairly specialised task and it requires a bit of knowledge of tissue culture techniques. I suggest that anyone wishing to try this should first contact their local Orchid Society, or purchase a book on the subject, or both! Orchid seeds should only be bought by experienced orchid growers or dedicated gardeners that are willing to devote a lot of time to research orchids grown from seed and to the long time and a lot of labour that this method of Orchid propogation requires.

Orchid pctures are very rare and those that exist, are mostly under copright. That's why I cannot provide pictures for every species other than posting a link to the web sites of Orchid societies or specialized orchid growers.. For some orchid species pictures even don't exist.

Please keep all this in mind, when you buy orchid seeds from me.
I will do my best to provide approbiate links for you , where you can find information about orchids, pictures, books and bakground knowledge.
