NIGHT JESSAMINE, CESTRUM NOCTURNUM is native to the West Indies, Night-Jessamine or 'Queen of the Night' has a wonderful fragrance that will massage the senses. This tropical evergreen shrub is quick growing and produces tubular, greenish-yellow flowers, that fills the air with a beautiful fragrance at night in a succession of flowering from July to October. The night blooming Jessamine as been referred by many as one of the sweetest smells in captivity. It covers many tropical islands, and is often associated with balmy vacation spots, where it fills the night air with its aroma.

It is hardy outside only in frost free areas, zone 9 and higher, but make for wonderful container plants in northern climates. The shrub can eventually grow up to ten feet tall but size and shape are easily maintained. An easy plant to grow from seed, no fragrant garden or conservatory should be without this wonderfully fragrant plant.
