Chinese Pistache, an attractive landscape tree, has unusual growth in youth, becoming more uniformed and beautiful with age. Leaf color is beautiful dark green in summer then turning to orange and orange-red in fall. One of the best shade trees for southern states.

Used as grafting stock to produce the edible nuts.

Chinese Pistache is easy to grow, adapts to most conditions. Feed once a year with a slow release fertilizer.

Sowing instructions:
Plant 3/4" deep at 80F. Keep damp (cover pot with plastic sheet) and provide bright light
